- Crystal clear in color with marshmallow, mineral and mild fruit peel aromas, flinty, charcoal and cracked black pepper, with subtle orange and a slight kick.
- Palate
- Soft, supple, smooth, and medium-bodied with pastry frosting, talc, citrus rind, cracked black pepper, slight sweetness, creamy mouthfeel, hints of aniseed, liquorice, and sweet citrus. Viscous with spiciness, grain, and some herbal earthiness.

- Clean, lightly sweet sugar dust, wet straw, balanced pepper fade, slightly sweet with cracked black pepper, hints of grainy aniseed, liquorice, charcoal, and a crisp, warming sensation.
