Nose
Vanilla ice cream cola float with a fine grating of milk chocolate. Ever so slightly sharp oak, floral apple blossom and orange oil ghosts.
Palate
Velvety poached pears in some kind of potent ginger syrup, served alongside vanilla-sponge lady fingers, dusted in confectionary sugar and a little lemon zest.
Finish
Ripe white nectarine, white chocolate, white pepper, bird's eye chillies.
