Description

Independent bottler Duncan Taylor selected this long-aged single grain from Glasgow's largest distillery and finished it in small sherry octaves. This additional maturation has added depth and structure to this elegant old whisky, layering the vanilla and coconut-forward spirit with notes of dried fruit and nuts.

Nose
Vanilla and honey lead the aroma, accompanied by caramel syrup, woody notes, and a hint of orange.
Palate
The palate mirrors the nose with creamy, honeyed oak and a touch of gentle spice and white pepper. Raisins, sweet cake, and caramelised apples add complexity.
Finish
An aftertaste of burnt sugar and oak spice lingers.
