Description

A single cask bottling from Strathearn distillery, part of the 'Spirited Angels - Tony Reeman-Clark Founder's Collection' series. This release, the 7th in a seven-cask series, was drawn from Cask No. 001, which was the first ever cask filled at the distillery on October 18, 2013. It was matured for 9 years in a virgin French oak cask and bottled by Thompson Bros (Dornoch Distillery Company). The spirit was produced using Marris Otter barley and underwent an extra-long fermentation of approximately 14 days.
