Description

Perhaps one of Scotland's most important whisky companies, Gordon & MacPhail is a historic blender, independent bottler and distiller. It was founded in Elgin in 1895 and among its brands include Benromach single malt, and independent labels such as Connoisseurs Choice and its Distillery Labels. The oldest operational distillery in Speyside and a picturesque site located in the town of Keith. This staggering Speyside single malt was laid down at the Strathisla distillery in 1960 and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in 2004 for their Distillery Labels range. Matured for just shy of 45 years in sherry wood, this very limited release is supplied in fabulous condition.
