Nose
An inviting bouquet with the sweetness of honey, ripe peaches, quince jelly, toffee, and spicy wine aromas. Subsequently, creamy vanilla cream on strawberries, delicate orange blossoms, a hint of mustard seed, and some tobacco appear.
Palate
Soft, sweet start with intense aromas of fudge, buttery croissants, orange marmalade, and roasted almonds; followed by spices like clove and nutmeg, the fruitiness of pickled figs and ripe honeydew melon, transitioning into candied ginger pieces with a hint of milk chocolate.
Finish
Long & warming, with fading fruitiness, creamy cocoa notes, herbs, almonds, and pleasantly dry oak notes.
