Description

Signatory was founded by Andrew Symington in 1999 and is one of the largest independent bottlers in Scotland. The Strathmill distillery, located in Speyside, was founded in 1891 and is primarily known for producing malt for blends like J&B Rare. This particular release is a 25-year-old single malt, distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2015, matured in a Hogshead cask.
