Description

A somewhat elusive single malt distillery built in 1892 as Glenisla, renamed three years later by new owners, W&A Gilbey. It is today part of the Diageo portfolio where it provides key component fillings for the J&B blends. Its single malt is only available via the Flora & Fauna range, which is now discontinued. This 12-year-old expression is known for its light, delicate, and smooth character.

Sweet and fruity with notes of apples, apricots, pineapple, vanilla, honey, caramel, lemon, and grassy hay. Some cereal notes, lemon zest, Demerara sugar, and a hint of 'Café Noir' biscuits are also detected.
