Nose
Sweet and complex with notes of cotton candy, caramelised sugar, chocolate chip biscuit, and pan-fried banana in butter, complemented by savoury nutmeg and paprika. Delicate, floral, and grassy, with hints of lemon balm, dry hay, honey, and vanilla.
Palate
Smooth and oily, offering melted brown sugar, toffee apple, golden syrup, and waffle cone with desiccated coconut, fruit leather, and pine nuts. Spicy notes of ginger ale and smoked meat add depth, alongside vanilla, crispy citrus, and tropical fruits.
Finish
Long and sustained with creamy textures, gentle oak, butter, orange jelly, vanilla ice cream, condensed milk, and white chocolate. Lingering notes of nuts, toffee, toast, and exotic fruits with a soft crispness.
