Maltiply Tasting Profile
Nose
The nose presents an enticing bouquet of sweet and floral notes, with coconut and lime leading the way. Glace ginger and anise introduce a delightful spice, while hints of rum, allspice, and pimento add depth. Liquorice bullets and dulce de leche offer a rich sweetness, complemented by hazelnut syrup and honeydew melon. A refreshing note of cucumber provides a clean, bright contrast. Herbal nuances of pineapple salvia, basil, and a hint of Diosma blend seamlessly with an alluring Maillard note from the barbecue.
Palate
The palate rolls in beautifully, offering no resistance. It features a full body with a very silky texture that builds to a creamy sensation. Caramel fudge and apple pie filling provide a comforting sweetness, balanced by the rich spice of liquorice. Nutty almond notes, mint, and raspberries add layers of complexity, with pineapple rounding out the tropical profile.
