A single cask malt whisky 'Rare Tasmanian' from Sullivans Cove. Matured in a single French Oak ex-fortified wine cask for 12 years. The cask yielded 385 bottles at 47.7% ABV. Filled On: 15/06/2007 Decanted On: 05/09/2019. This TD0196 expression is a classic example of the Sullivans Cove French oak ex-Tawny style, aged in 300L French oak casks previously used to mature Australian tawny port-style fortified wine, offering rich flavours of Christmas spice, chocolate, dried fruit and complex oak.
