A bottle of Sullivans Cove 16 year old Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky. This single American oak cask (TD0123) was filled on 1 August 2006 and decanted on 15 June 2023, resulting in a maturation of 16 years and 10 months. Bottled at 47.6% ABV as part of the Old & Rare Collection, this 300L American oak second-fill cask yielded only 420 bottles. Each bottle comes in a handmade, solid oak presentation box and includes a letter of authenticity signed by the Distillery Manager. This release boasts a depth and refinement that comes with age, with each single cask bottling expressing unique characteristics.
