Sullivans Cove 25 Year Old Single Cask American Oak Second-Fill (Cask #HH0010) is a milestone release from the Old & Rare collection, representing the oldest single malt whisky bottled in Australia. Distilled in October 1999 and decanted in May 2025 after 25 years and 6 months of maturation in a 300-litre refill American oak cask, it yielded just 349 bottles.
