Description

Suntory Excellence is a blended malt whisky from Japan, marrying malt whiskies from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries. It is matured in ex-Bourbon oak and is known for its smooth and rounded style, featuring notes of honey, ripe orchard fruit, vanilla, and a subtle incense. This expression was originally released around 1979-1980, possibly to celebrate Suntory's 80th anniversary, and was discontinued around 1989.
