Nose
Sweet vanilla, with some light oak spice and a touch of citrus. Very gentle, with a rich sweetness that reminds of vanilla pudding. Delicate bouquet of honey, dried fruits, and a hint of Mizunara oak, complemented by subtle floral notes.
Palate
Really light, but not without flavour, with more of that rich vanilla pudding, but with more of a dried citrus and raisin note, as well as some oak and baking spices into the mid palate. Smooth and well-rounded, featuring flavors of caramel, vanilla, and a touch of spice, with underlying malt sweetness.
Finish
Really clean, with the vanilla fading quickly and leaving some milk chocolate, baking spice and a hint of smoke. Medium-length with a gentle warmth, leaving traces of oak and a soft, lingering sweetness.
