Description

Created in 2011, ARTIST by La Maison du Whisky is LMDW's flagship series dedicated to remarkable single casks selected for their expressive, terroir-driven character, paired with contemporary artworks chosen to mirror or contrast the whisky's identity. Over the years, ARTIST has evolved into a true gallery in bottle form: an annual expression of style, ageing, culture and aesthetics. ARTIST #15, Something in the Water, is a limited edition Islay Blended Malt Scotch Whisky, created by Sukhinder Singh of Elixir Distillers. It is a blend of various Islay expressions, specifically two Bunnahabhain whiskies distilled in 2013 and 2014, and three Caol Ila whiskies from 2014, 2015, and 2018, finished for one year in a puncheon and toasted new oak barrels. This release is part of the 2026 Collection - Itineraries and is an homage to Islay's historic distilleries, showcasing a palette of peat expressions.
