Description

The Syndicate 58/6 whisky is a 12-year-old blended Scotch whisky, comprising 18 single malts and 4 single grains. It is produced using a 'Solera' system, where new stocks are continuously added to maintain the blend, and is finished for a year in hand-selected Oloroso sherry butts. The signature of Richard Paterson, the master blender, adorns every bottle. The name "Syndicate 58/6" refers to the discovery of a rare blend in 1958 and the six individuals who formed a syndicate in 1966 to ensure its continuance.
