- Elegant and layered, with dried fruit, prune, soft peat smoke, leather, nutmeg, sherry-soaked oak. Fresh and fruity with fruit salad, berries, sultanas, vanilla, fragrant wood, and honey. Rich, sweet, and savory buttered popcorn, lychee, green apples, and subtle underlying smoke. [1, 10, 23]

- Rich and well-rounded, dark chocolate, dried berries, hint of espresso, balanced by malt sweetness and gentle spice. Spicy and rounded with vanilla, blood orange, and a little chocolate. Honey herbal candy, black pepper, waxiness, incense, malt, butterscotch, caramel custard, and dried candied fruit. [1, 6, 10, 23]
- Finish
- Smooth and persistent, lingering oak, cocoa, and a whisper of smoke. Medium-length, slightly bittersweet, oak, fruit, and cocoa. Caramels and honeycomb linger with distinct woodiness, vanilla with the lightest touch of smoke, and a slight umami-savouriness. [1, 6, 10, 23]
