Mild and unusually fruity, fading quickly into lush seaweed with charred sticks. Elegant, fresh and maritime with citrus, sea spray, salt, pepper, and a beautiful waxy note.
Palate
Immediate and dry smoke with creamy oak, almond milk, and light, sweet stone fruits. Sweet, salty, peppery spice, grilled pineapple, hints of smoke, apples, and lemon peel.
Finish
Long, gently warming, with a lingering maritime aftertaste and a white pepper tingle. Mellow, with fruit salad, bonfire on the beach, and a small amount of peat.
