Clean and intense, with light smoke like a struck match, creamy toffee, vanilla, citrus, seaweed, heather blossom, and pepper. Hints of dried fruit and ash.
Palate
Sweet to start, with an oily, peppery peat explosion. Notes of smoke, tar, cream tea biscuits, green fruits, oak, spice, salt, brine, honey, lemon, and dry wood. Some BBQ and apple notes.
Finish
Long, vibrant, and fresh, with lingering black pepper, oak, smoke, peat, spice, and a salty, ashy character. Hints of green apples and lanolin.
