- Nose
- Sweet seaside vibe, crystallised citrus fruit, charred meat, slightly industrial. Foam bananas, stewed tropical fruits, along with a wisp of mezcal-like smoke. Smoke and pineapple, lime and green apple peels, malty with a hint of olives, sugary, seaweed and salty notes. Wet pebbles, brine, sandalwood, melted butter, cotton candy, gooseberry, and burlap. Overripe banana, pineapple, charred lemon, vanilla, salty brine.
- Palate
- Mouth-filling with characteristic Talisker pepperiness. Caramelised fruit and bonfire smoke. Young and clean with subtle pineapple, olives, subtle peat, salty, vanilla, lemons, and white pepper. Earthy peat, olive brine, cloves, salt, and charred lemons. Smoked bacon, banana, pineapple, chili pepper.
- Finish
- Warming, tinned pineapple. Short to mid-long with white pepper and smoke. Lingering smoke, long and peppery. Charred bacon, baked sea salt, fresh green chillies, banana, pineapple, and petrol, with peppercorns and lemon juice.
