- Sweet and coastal with fresh sea breeze, lemon, vanilla, and light peat smoke. Notes of malt, caramel, varnish, and a peculiar vegetal character.
- Palate
- Medium-thin mouthfeel with sweet vanilla, lemon, sea salt, and saltwater taffy. Sweeter than the nose, with caramel, orange zest, vanilla panna cotta, grilled corn, and a salty, meaty, smoky peat flavor.
- Finish
- Medium length with light peat smoke, ash, wet burnt wood, and sea salt. Roasted green beans, toasted walnuts, orange, toasted cereal, and caramel with some umami.
