Nose
Mild, fresh and pleasant. A gentle smokiness and a gently maritime note. Caramel developing to an earlier, briny character plus a good sweet vanilla. Herbal, damp leaves combined with a subtle caramel note.
Palate
Initially sweet, then salty and peppery. A good mouthfeel with a good body. The smoke is more pronounced on the palate, with a hint of citrus and a long, warming finish.
Finish
Long, warming and peppery with a lingering smokiness.
