This limited-edition Talisker X Parley Wilder Seas is a single malt Scotch whisky, a collaboration with Parley for the Oceans to support marine ecosystem preservation. It is finished in French Oak XO Cognac casks, a first for Talisker, and housed in a 100% recycled bottle with ceramic decoration. For every bottle sold, Talisker donates £3 to Parley's initiatives.

Mild and dry, with notes of clean white smoke, green apples, honey, smoked bacon, malt bread with sultanas, dates, dried figs, and a delicate grassy mineral note. Hints of brine, salt crystals, and pipe tobacco.
Palate
Creamy-smooth mouthfeel, starting richly sweet then quickly becoming salty, smoky, and fruity. Notes of sea smoke, green apple, honey, grilled white fish, freshly cracked pepper, vanilla, raisins, plums, dark chocolate, and olive oil.
Finish
Medium to long, warming, and lightly drying, with lingering notes of pepper, light smoke, aniseed sharpness, brine, Mexican hot chocolate, burnt oranges, and a slight lingering mint.
