Description

Tamdhu was born in 1897, on the banks of the river Spey. Two years later, Dalbeallie station was completed - bringing barley, passengers, and the finest sherry casks from Spain. This special whisky was matured only in sherry oak casks - like all Tamdhu is and was bottled as a run of 1000 to celebrate the closed train station. Each bottle is numbered and captured at full strength (62.1%). It was bottled in 2018 for the Speyside Festival.
