Nose
The nose is quite light and crisp. There are notes of cut hay and stemmy grass with gentle wood smoke and toffee-ed sweetness, a hint of barley sugar with a supple, quiet peat.
Palate
The palate is quite full and rich. There are notes of sweet, crisp cereals and salty melted butter, dark sugar and sherried peels and chewy sultanas.
Finish
The finish is long and smoky with wood.
