The Rare Malts are a series of Diageo cask-strength releases designed to showcase some of the lesser-known whiskies in its empire. Selected from what were deemed to be some of the best casks in their warehouses, the series enjoys a stellar reputation for quality, and as a result, bottlings are highly sought after today.
