This is a 17-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from the Teaninich distillery, independently bottled by The Scotch Malt Whisky Society (SMWS) as their 59.89 release, named 'Tempura Toast'. Distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2025, it was matured for 13 years in an American oak oloroso butt before being transferred to a first fill Spanish oak oloroso butt for the remainder of its maturation. It is bottled at a cask strength of 56.4% ABV, is non-chill filtered, and has natural color. This limited release yielded 498 bottles.
