Description

The Teeling 13 Year Old Brabazon Bottling Caravelos White Port Cask Series #4 is the fourth and final release in Teeling's Brabazon Bottling series, which explores the influence of fortified wines on Irish single malt whiskey. This 13-year-old single malt was distilled in 2007 and initially matured in port casks (or ex-Bourbon barrels) before being finished for over two years in rare Carcavelos White Port casks. Carcavelos is a historical style of Portuguese fortified wine, produced just outside Lisbon, with only 25 acres of vineyards remaining. This limited edition release of 10,000 bottles was bottled in 2020 at 49.5% ABV.
