Description

Teeling Distillery is located in the centre of Dublin City. This is a small-batch Irish whiskey created in collaboration with London's Umbrella Brewing. Teeling first gave ex-bourbon casks to Umbrella Brewing, who aged ginger beer in them for two years. The casks were then returned to Teeling, where the whiskey was finished for six months, imparting rich, sweet, and spicy notes.
