An inviting nose where vanilla and spice dance with bright sweet notes of rum, along with sugar cane, orange blossoms, light-bodied fruits like green grapes, pears, plums, apricots, green apples, caramel, toffee, and oak.
Palate
Sweetness, spice, caramel, brown sugar, tropical fruit (banana, pineapple), oak, and a slight bitterness. It offers a smooth, sweet, slightly woody marriage with notes of green herbs, cinnamon, creamy vanilla, apple, grapefruit, honey, and a hint of pine wood.
Finish
Medium to long, warm, and spicy, with lingering notes of caramel and oak. A sweet spice finish complimented by woody undertones, with some grainy and peppery notes, and a delightful prickly bite from rum cask influence.
