Description

This Teeling Stout Cask Finish Irish Whiskey is a collaboration with Galway Bay Brewery, where Teeling's Small Batch barrels are used to age their 200 Fathoms Imperial Stout. These stout-seasoned casks are then returned to Teeling to finish the whiskey for a period of three to six months, imparting rich, chocolatey notes. The whiskey is a blend made from 25% malt and 75% corn, initially aged in ex-Bourbon casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV and is non-chill filtered.
