Description

An Irish whiskey distillery that was the first new producer in Dublin for over 125 years when it opened in 2015. The distillery provides single pot still and single malt whiskey for the Teeling brand, which has also offered blended Irish whiskies and sourced whiskies from other distillers. This particular release is a 27 Year Old single malt, distilled in 1991 and matured in a rum cask, bottled in 2019 as a Whisky Exchange exclusive.

Soft and smooth, then bursts with tropical fruits like pink grapefruit, guava, passion fruits, candied pineapple cubes, full-figured toffee, creamy vanilla, old wood, dark loam, malt and oak spice, cinnamon, faint mineral note.
