Description

Teeling Whiskey Irish Stout Cask is a blended Irish whiskey, part of Teeling's Small Batch Collaborative Series, created in partnership with Galway Bay Brewery. The whiskey is initially aged in ex-Bourbon barrels, then in Central American rum casks, and finally finished for a period in casks that previously held Galway Bay Brewery's 200 Fathoms Imperial Stout. This unique maturation process imparts rich, chocolatey notes and a distinctive character to the whiskey.
