This Canadian Corn Whisky from That Boutique-y Whisky Company is an 8-year-old expression, part of their core range. Matured entirely in Oloroso sherry casks, it offers a rich and intense flavor profile. Made from 95% corn and 5% rye, it combines the natural sweetness of corn with complex, fruity notes of sherry. It is non-chill-filtered and retains its natural cask color. Expect notes of fruity pastry, maple syrup, poached red apple, ginger, brown sugar, sherried fruit, toffee ice cream, toasted almonds, and popcorn.
