Thinkers Dew Of B'dolah Bourbon is the first bourbon release from Thinkers Distillery. This single barrel, unfiltered expression was distilled in the US from a kosher wheated mash bill, then shipped to Israel for further maturation. The barrels rested for four months in the US, spent six months at sea, and then aged for another three and a half years in the open air in Haifa, Israel, before being bottled. The name 'Dew Of B'dolah' is a Kabbalistic term describing a state of perfect harmonious balance.
