Nose
Heaps of fresh peach, floral notes of lychee, a touch of chalky flint, and honeyed sourdough are backed by flaky sultana pastries, a touch of banana, and oily, waxy malt.
Palate
More of that sweet peach and stone fruit character, with candied pineapple and milk bottle sweeties in tow. Silky layers of vanilla cream cushion a sprinkle of savoury spice, mandarin-esque citrusy note, soft jelly baby pillows of icing sugar and gelatine, and minerality.
Finish
Vanilla shortbread, candle wax, a touch of tangy citrus, and pepper, honeydew melon, waxy peaches, and slate.
