Description

The Thompson Bros. North Highland Blended Malt 8 Year Old is presented by the independent whisky company Thompson Bros., run by brothers Philip and Simon Thompson, who also manage the Dornoch Distillery. This blended malt is crafted from ethically sourced whiskies from two local producers in the northern Highlands, specifically Clynelish and Glen Ord, operating within a 39.8-mile radius of Dornoch Distillery. After blending, the whisky undergoes a short resting period in a refill sherry butt before bottling. It is non-chill filtered and has natural colour.
