Description

A small malt distillery in Scotland with a focus on traditional whisky making practices. It was established in 2016 by brothers, Simon and Phil Thompson, and produces both single malt whisky and gin. Milk chocolate. Creamed caramel. Rolos. Clover. Alfalfa. Bell pepper. Apples. Peaches.
Palate
Medium mouthfeel. Quite hot. Powdered sugar. Malted milk balls. Heath Bars. Eucalyptus.
Finish
Medium long finish. Lots of eucalyptus. A bit of mint as well. Some bitterness. After awhile I get a weird spiciness. Almost like cayenne pepper.
