Description

The original Timorous Beastie, immortalised in Robert Burns' famous Scotch poem 'To a Mouse', was a timid, little field mouse. Echoing our national bard's wit, ours is most certainly not for the fainthearted. This non chill-filtered 'vatted' malt is a marriage of appropriately aged and selected Highland single cask single malts - including those distilled at Blair Athol, Glen Garioch, Dalmore and Glengoyne distilleries. Douglas Laing's small batch release is brimming of flavour with a honey spiced character and a piquancy to relish. This little mouse ensures quality reigns supreme!
