Description

1825 saw the official opening of the Adelphi distillery in the Gorbals, Glasgow, but after changing hands a smattering of times throughout the mid to late 1800's, it finally ended up in the hands of DLC in 1902. Mild and rich, mellow sweetness, comforting rhythm, almond slice, caramel, smoke, malt chocolate, chocolate orange, burned oak, cocoa, deep woody notes, warm and lingering, toffee.
