Smoky toffee, anise, sooty-tar like notes, green peppers on a peat fired bbq, black seaweed, touches of soy sauce, leather, green herbs and mint humbugs.
Palate
A peppery and sooty peat smoke delivery with lots of green fruit (apple; pear), liquorice, green peppercorns, wasabi, oily and herbal mouthfeel and lingering lime pickle notes.
Finish
A balance between vegetal (green bell peppers; green tomatoes) and fruit (lime & poached pear) with mouthfilling notes of herb infused greek honey, green figs, coastal nuanced lime curd, white pepper and zingy/refreshing peat smoke.
