Established in October 2010 by Martin Armstrong, Whiskybroker in Dumfries & Galloway aims to source and sell casks of whisky to enthusiasts and clubs wishing to purchase larger quantities of whisky at cheaper prices per bottle. Nose
salty and coastal arrival, wet slate, roof felt, shoe wax, toasted rye bread, sandalwood, french polish.
Palate
bread dough, vanilla slice, some strawberry laces, cinnamon bun, Brazil nuts, some maple syrup, toasted marshmallow, it's got a bourbon whiskey like spiciness to it, salted caramel.
Finish
Medium long finish. Greener now - tomato plant and green herbs. Remains sugary sweet.
