Description
A delicate fusion of three different countries spanning the length of the world map, the whisky used by Japanese distillery Chugoku Jozu to create Togouchi is sourced from Scotland and Canada. Then, bizarrely, it is matured for 15 years in an old railway tunnel before being bottled at 43.8%. The tunnel provides constant 14°C temperatures and 80% humidity, creating ideal maturation conditions.
