Description

Tomatin 21 year was matured solely in 1st fill ex-Bourbon casks. Time in ex Bourbon Barrels has brought warm flavours of fresh croissant, apple crumble and manuka honey rounded off with a fruity, buttery finish. This twenty-one-year-old single malt is matured entirely in ex-bourbon casks. The process imparts complex bakery notes, including croissant, apple and honey, with apple crumble present in the palate, accented by spicy ginger, clove and star anise.
