Description

The Tomatin Cu Bocan Signature is a lightly peated Highland single malt, distilled every winter in small batches. It is matured in a combination of ex-sherry, bourbon, and virgin American oak casks, resulting in a subtly smoky and surprisingly sweet spirit with notes of rich citrus and exotic spices. It is bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered, and natural in colour.

Dry and fragrant, with woodsmoke, dried lemon peel, vanilla, orchard fruit, heather honey, liquorice, peach, yellow apple, buttery biscuits, and light chocolate.
Palate
Creamy with vanilla custard, lemons, honey, BBQ char, cooking spices, Conference pear, orange peel, leather, espresso, cinnamon, clove, black peppercorns, and a hint of coffee.
