Nose
Refreshing aroma. Heather honey, melted butter and blueberry pancakes. Delicate citrus fruit with floral notes and yogurt with pineapple pieces. Lime sorbet.
Palate
Extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. Oaky spices build, with ginger and black pepper. Warming notes tempered by honey, rosemary and sugary popcorn. Oily, with fruit returning, Granny Smith apples, peach, pineapple juice.
Finish
Quite rich and lovely smooth texture. Trail mix, caramel and hickory. Long on peach and apples with a touch of wood spices.
