Tomintoul Seiridh (pronounced 'sheh-ree', Gaelic for sherry) is a special edition bottling of Tomintoul Single Malt. It has been matured in American Oak Bourbon casks before being finished in specially selected first-fill Oloroso Sherry butts from Jerez in Andalucia, Spain. This process creates a rich, complex and full-flavoured single malt.
