Description

This is Release No. 36 from The Last Drop Distillers, a 55-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from the Tomintoul Distillery. The whisky was laid down on November 11, 1968, in six oak casks (two butts and four hogsheads). It rested until 2022, then underwent a 20-month finishing period in an Amoroso butt. The Last Drop Distillers, founded in 2008, specializes in curating rare and extraordinary spirits, with this release being part of their 2024 collection. Only 582 bottles were produced worldwide, each presented with a 50ml miniature.
