Meaning 'hill of peat' in Gaelic, this is a heavily peated single malt from the Isle of Skye, matured in a combination of Bourbon American Oak, Oloroso, and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. It balances robust peatiness with rich sherry notes, reflecting the dramatic and untamed beauty of the Isle of Skye. This expression is non-chill filtered and has no added coloring.
